Sanjay has over 37 years rich experience in the field of engineering design and manufacturing. Sanjay has devoted his entire career to this industry. His expertise of Sales, Project Estimation and Quality Control given exclusive strength to Ramkala
Co-Founder – Sharad Nandgaokar
Sharad has over 36 years of strong experience in engineering industry. Sharad has strong vision to explore the different areas to grow the Ramkala. He is main driving spirit behind the Team Ramkala. His exlusive contribution to this industry has given unique strength to the entire organization. Sharad has expertise in Tool and Die Making, Press parts- design and development and Fixture Design.
COO – Umesh Nandgaokar
Umesh has strong educational engineering background and persued Management Studies in Finanace and Marketing. Umesh is a Key member and backbone of the organization who rolls out the entire funcations with his unique skill sets and capabilities. Over 15 years diversified experince in business devlopement, Operations, Design, Cost Estimation, Production and Delivery Management. Umesh has had consistent success in providing strategic & operations leadership in uniquely challenging situations at various stages in Ramkala. Umesh has expertise in Design & Development, Tool Design, SPM Design, Fixture Assemble.
Finance and Accounts Head – Ketaki Nandgaokar
Ketaki has completed her Master Degree in commerce and playing vital role in Ramkala. Ketaki has leadership capability to manage the entire Finance & Acconts functions. Ketki is responsible for Financial management, Strategic Planning, Budget & Forecasts, Internal audits, Contract management, Contract pricing and profitability. With the strong financial skill sets, Ketki oversee the gamut of finance-related activities including Accounts Payable, Bank Reconcillation, Taxation, Payroll and Insurance, with a keen focus on impacting business growth through astute financial management.
